We update our business policies and practices on our own platforms and in partnership with several independent corporate responsibility initiatives. Making this information accessible promotes transparency and collaboration with our employees, customers and stakeholders.

Working with Customers

Arrow reports corporate responsibility actions through the annual CSR & Sustainability Report, Conflict Minerals Report, Carbon Disclosure Project, Environmental Policy, the Worldwide Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and Business Partner Code of Conduct, as well as the UN Global Compact and other independent initiatives.

Working directly with customers and through the supplier assessment platform EcoVadis, Arrow measures and reports on CSR efforts including environmental sustainability, labor practices, fair business practices and sustainable procurement. Arrow maintains a Silver level rating status at with EcoVadis, and ranks in the top 18% of companies surveyed in our business category.

Additionally, Arrow takes a holistic look at corporate citizenship efforts from investments in the community to environmental impact.
